Hello, Summer! My favorite season is finally here, and just when I thought it would never come! With the weather being so temperamental lately, I thought I was going to have to start breaking out some long-sleeves and sweaters to get me through! But this past week proved that not only is the sun officially shining, but it is shining bright…and just in time for the last week of exams where I teach, which explains the inspiration behind this week’s looks: simple and comfy for lots of test proctoring, question answering and grading…grading…grading…

Look #1: My favorite summer dress…between the color scheme on this patter, the fit, and the comfort…I am hoping to enjoy this one for years to come!

Last year’s  Lauren Conrad Women’s Flip-Flops in the “pineapple” print. Although this design is no longer, they have plenty of new prints, such as flamingo and floral (along with the basic colors) to choose from. Flip-flops are currently on sale at Kohl’s for $9.99. Retails for $19.99.

Look #3: There’s something about this pink and purple patterened blouse that always puts a smile on my face…

This flowy, pink and purple patterned top will be on repeat all-summer-long! I absolutely love the soft texture, fit and colors! Although I cannot for the life of me find it online, it was a recent purchase from the Junior’s section of Target for $22.99-linked are the current tops from the Juniors Department **The trick to make it have that flowy fit, was to purchase this a few sizes larger than I would normally wear**
