My Summer Workout Playlist: From Extreme Cardio to Vinyasa Yoga

You know you’re a gym-aholic (or former cheerleader) when you hear a new song on the radio and your immediate reaction is to follow intensely to the beat in order to carefully categorize  whether it would be the perfect fit for your next cardio workout, or make for some soothing asanas.

Growing up, a fanatic about music, my collection is endless, and so are the genres I listen to. The type of mood I am in signifies how I’m feeling in the moment…from classic rock, to folk…I would consider my taste a bit eclectic.

So when it comes to creating the perfect playlist for my specific daily workouts…the variety is random enough to keep the mind focused, the body strong, and the soul at ease…

Whether you’re looking for a song to get you through your flat road while spinning, or through the last mile of our run, have I got some music to motivate!
