#What I Wore

Hello, Everyone! Just when I thought it was safe to thaw out my winter wardrobe, and freshen it up with some spring wear, mother nature decided to throw us a curve ball, and now we’re possibly preparing for…dare I say it…snow?!

So this week of “What I Wore” consists of a warmer wardrobe with a touch of St. Patty’s Day spring green thrown into the mix. Speaking of which, I hope you were able to check out my post for St. Patty’s Day, and if not, take a look! I listed some great alternative drinks that should not only be used to celebrate the Irish heritage, but these are some great concoctions to whip up for the warmer months ahead.

So here we go, another week with more looks! And don’t forget, all pieces (or similar) are linked for your convenience.

Look #1: Fabulous Finds from Walmart-

Faded Glory Women’s  Woven Tank retails for $4.97 at Walmart. I feel in love with this silky-textured tank, that I purchased one with navy and white polka dots as well (FYI: the tassel necklace was also a Walmart steal for under $5!).

GAP Factory “marled open-front Cardigan” purchased Columbus Day Weekend for $29.99, but usually retails for $59.99-I absolutely love how soft and versatile this cardigan is…I’ve been pretty much living in it on weekends, and even throwing it on to run out for errands, or to the gym! (I could not longer find this exact style on their website, so I linked their women’s sweater collection for similar styles)

Gap Factory Boyfriend Jeans for around $30 on sale (shop similar style here)

Black, Leather Strappy Heels purchased last year from Kohl’s (Candies Brand). I was able to purchase them on sale, with an additional coupon for under $30. Luckily, I have linked this season’s spin on the heel, currently oh sale for $29.97

Look #2: Layering up in black, chambray, houndstooth and leopard-

Chambray Shirt- J.Crew Factory (retails for $68.00, currently on sale for $44.50-I paid less than $40, but regardless the price-it’s well worth it!)

J. Crew Factory Excursion Vest purchased Labor Day Weekend on sale for $36-Retails at $108…currently on sale (in differnet patterns) for $59.99-Still not sold on the price? I saw similar ones for under $40 at both Target and Marshall’s.

Black Jeggings purchased Columbus Day Weekend at Gap Factory for 20% off (plus an additional coupon I had from shopping Labor Day Weekend) Regularly retail for $59.99. I love the fit so much, because they stay snug all day without losing its elasticity.

Women’s Lainee Pumps in “Leopard”-purchased from Target for $29.99 (Currently on sale: buy one get one for 50% off)

Grained Imitation Black Leather Handbag purchased from H&M for $39.99

Look #3: Keeping it cozy in booties and soft knits-

FullSizeRender (1)

Chambray-styled Tunic purchased from Kohl’s on sale for $12…I could not find the exact tank online, so Ilinked a very similar style, also on sale for $16.99

Honeycomb cable-knit Cardigan: purchased for half-off the sale price of $49.99, during the post-holiday sales…so the total cost for this ivory knit cardigan was only $25!! It is still currently on sale for $49.99

The Limited skinny, dark denim jeans that I purchased the day after Christmas on sale for $28!!! Linked for your convenience, is their entire denim selection to help choose your style fit and wash

Chaps, Cognac leather booties were purchased last weekend on a whim while shopping for my kids at Kohl’s…they were on clearance or $3! I could not locate the on their site, but they are on the clearance rack in stores now, so instead, I linked their Women’s Boots Collection

Look #4: Going chic with a touch of “Street Style”-

Bicycle print, Racerback tank , recently purchased from Old Navy for $3. They are all originally priced between $12.94-14.94. Instead of linking this exact print, I linked their entire collection, because it’s endless and they’re all  perfect: the colors, styles and fit!

Black, The Limited soft knit Cardigan purchased for $10 a few years back on clearance. Linked is their current cardigan selection

Women’s Juicy Couture Roll-Cuff Soft Pants recently purchased from Kohl’s for $30. Currently, these soft, cozy “jogger-like” pants are on sale for $37.50 (retail or $50)

Women’s Jennifer Pumps in Tan, purchased on clearance for $15 from Target (usually retails for $29.99, on sale -buy one get one half off)

Look #5: Luck of the Irish (and believe it or not, I’m 16%, yes-16…and just enough to celebrate)-

Chaps Pink and White striped button-down oxford purchased for around $5 at a local thrift store a few years back (similar shirt from L.L.Bean for under $40 is linked, because they’re great quality, and if anything ever goes wrong, they will replace it or give you store credit)

This jacket pretty much gets use once a year, and that is for St. Patty’s Day…and after styling it for this holiday season, I can’t understand why I don’t wear it more often! Green and white houndstooth blazer was purchased on clearance from Old Navy over 10 years ago, for under $10. Obviously, they no longer have it, so I linked Old Navy’s blazer line

Women’s Rockstar Jeans also purchased recently at Old Navy for $34.94. Currently on sale for $29.99. These are soft, comfortable and the fabric has the perfect stretch without loosening up as the day goes on (one of my biggest pet peeves)

Women’s Jennifer Pumps in Tan, purchased on clearance for $15 from Target (usually retails for $29.99, on sale -buy one get one half off)

I hope everyone has a great week! I know I’m looking forward to spending quality time with my crazy Italian family, eating, laughing, and making unforgettable memories this upcoming holiday weekend.
