#What I Wore

Happy St. Patty’s week, Everyone! Even though the spirit of the holiday is in the air (and in most of our pint glasses), I incorporated  very little of it in this week’s wardrobe attire. However, one thing I did manage to do in the light of spring, was to make it out of the house each morning minus one article of clothing: my coat! Just as last week, I am still making that winter-to-spring style transition, and as the weather begins to warm up, I’ve been anxious to incorporate some fresh pieces to style, but I do miss having the opportunity to embrace my favorite fashion rule: layering!

All looks of the week (or similar styles) are linked for  your shopping convenience!

Look #1: All business with distressed denim and a hint of caffeine

I purchased this blush pink racerback tank last weekend in a variety of patterns because Old Navy was having an unbelievable deal on them (3 each!), so I stacked up, before they sold out. They are all originally priced between $12.94-14.94. Instead of linking this exact color, I linked their entire collection, because they’re all  perfect: the colors, styles and fit!

Brown, Plaid Blazer with brown suede elbow patches purchased on sale for $30 from H&M‘s post-Christmas sale. I linked their current blazers, since this was no longer listed (but may still be in stores)

Women’s Rockstar Jeans also purchased last weekend at Old Navy for $34.94. Usually they have a sale, but I missed out this week. Either way, I didn’t care, because not only were they still affordable, they were soft, comfortable and the fabric had the perfect stretch without loosening up as the day goes on (one of my biggest pet peeves)

Women’s Lainee Pumps in “Leopard”-purchased from Target for $29.99 (Current sale is buy one get one 50% off)

Look #2: Showing support for our working moms out there in this utility vest for “International Women’s Day” (March 8, 2016)

The second racerback tank (this time with a bicycle print on it) also purchased last weekend from Old Navy for $3. They are all originally priced between $12.94-14.94. Instead of linking this exact print, I linked their entire collection, because it’s endless and they’re all  perfect: the colors, styles and fit!

Navy and White Gingham Shirt-J. Crew Factory last fall on sale for $32-similar style linked and currently on sale for $34.50

This Women’s LIght-Weight Utility Vest was by far one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time! I can dress this up or down with jeans, leggings, skirt, or dare I say soon-to-be-be…shorts? Currently retails for $29.99 at Target

Women’s Jennifer Pumps in Tan, purchased on clearance for $15 from Target (usually retails for $29.99, on sale -buy one get one half off)

Look #3: Hindsight…bringing the 90’s back

J.Crew Factory “Kiss” tee, purchased a few seasons back on sale for around $16…this print is no longer for sale, but their current collection, currently on sale for $27.50-29.50 is linked)

Women’s denim overalls in (distressed) black, originally $34.99, purchased on sale recently for $17 at Target. The website reflects their current sale price of $24.48

Black Suede loafers purchased from H&M a few years back on sale for under $12. Currently retail for $14.99

Look #4: Stripes, camo, and bold colors

My third racerback tank purchased on sale for $3 from Old Navy last weekend (this print, which is hard to see from this picture is actually hunter green and white stripes). As stated earlier, all tanks are originally priced between $12.94-14.94. Instead of linking this exact pattern, I linked their entire collection, because it’s endless and they’re all  perfect: the colors, styles and fit!

Black blazer purchased at H&M on a clearance rack for $15…does not say whether it is from the men’s or woman’s department, so I linked a similar style from the Women’s line

Camouflage jeggings purchased last year, from Target for $27.99-no longer retailed, but I linked their leggings instead.

Women’s Jennifer Pumps in Tan, purchased a few weeks back, on clearance for $15 from Target (usually retails for $29.99, on sale-buy one get one half off)

Grained Imitation Black Leather Handbag purchased from H&M for $39.99

Look #5: Cozy and Casual on our record breaking 70 degree day!

My final Old Navy tank purchased on sale for $3 last weekend. This pattern features black and white stripes. As stated earlier, all tanks are originally priced between $12.94-14.94. Instead of linking this exact pattern, I linked their entire collection, because it’s endless and they’re all  perfect: the colors, styles and fit!

GAP Factory neon green cardigan purchased a few springs back on sale for around $15 (usually marked around $40). This color is no longer in stock, but I lined their endless selection (which are all, also currently on sale)

Black drawstring Joggers purchased last year from GAP Factory on sale for around $20. Although they no longer have them in stock, I’ve linked Target’s Joggers, for $19.99, but you may also find them at almost any clothing store: Express, Victoria’s Secret, H&M, Forever 21, Top Shop, Macy’s, Charlotte Russe, JC Penney’s, etc…

Women’s Lainee Pumps in “Leopard”-purchased from Target for $29.99 (Currently on sale: buy one get one for 50% off)
