What I Wore (Week 12-13)

It’s one more Sunday closer to the holidays, and I wish I could say that it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, but here in upstate New York it’s hard to believe that we’re almost halfway through the month, without a single snowflake to grace the presence of Decemberrrrr! The way I see it, I just need a white Christmas, but the bitter temps, and trudging around in wet, dirty, slush-I can do without! In the meantime, I’m sharing another week of “What I Wore,” combining some of my favorite looks from the past two weeks (to make up for what I unfortunately had to miss out on last week)-while adding a touch of holiday cheer to my style-Enjoy!

As always-all looks, or similar, are linked for your convenience!

Black and White Striped Crew Neck Shirt (length is that of a shirt dress), purchased on Veterans Day at Old Navy for $6 (retails for $16.90- currently on sale between $12-14, depending on color, but I could not find the stripes online). This was a steal, because I scoped out the Clearance racks after seeing this exact shirt in the store, and thought there was a mistake on the tag. When I brought it to the register, the employee said it was marked as “clearance,” because it was purchased online and in an “authentic” size, unlike the others they have in regular stock-no other damage.  So I was sold!
